Gingerbread Contest and Display

Have you ever stopped at the Norway House in Minneapolis? Did you know that Gingerbread scenes are very Scandinavian?Friends of Peterson just learned about that tradition by visiting the Norway House. Each year they set aside a large room for scenes made of gingerbread. Famous houses, businesses, seasons, even structures.
